Explanations
Based on information obtained externally (via media and social media), it has come to our understanding that an interim
injunction/attachment order has been issued regarding the personal assets of our Board Member, Ali GÖL.
The relevant legal process pertains strictly to the personal affairs and individual assets of our board member, and has no
relation to our Company's corporate entity, management, or business operations.
Ali GÖL serves as a "non-executive board member"; he holds no representation authority, signature authority, or
operational management and/or administrative powers. Therefore, the allegations concerning him and/or the ongoing
legal process do not affect our Company's decisions, actions, commercial activities, financial position, or operations in any
way.
Our Company has always adhered to compliance with the law, ethical practices, transparency, and accountability as
fundamental principles in its management, operations, and investor relations. In line with this approach, we declare that
we will continue to keep the public informed.
In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text shall prevail.
We proclaim that our above disclosure is in conformity with the principles set down in “Material Events Communiqué” of Capital Markets Board,
